Sorry I didn’t post about this earlier – my broadband was down (again) longer than I had expected. I guess I’ll start with a DragCave update:

The Seasonal dragons were released again, and now they take on the characteristics of Autumn. If you have a seasonal from last time you can breed it and, hopefully, get a new Autumn egg with no effort at all.
Here’s my only Autumn dragon:

I’m hoping to get one more so I can have a frozen hatchling as well (even though it looks pretty much the same as a Summer one, except it’s brown).

Chicken Smoothie also has new adoptables, but they’re a bit more festive than brown dragons. They have their own advent calendar! Every day you’re allowed to adopt two Christmas-themed pets. Click here to see all the ones I’ve gotten so far. Here’s one of my favourites:

And finally, a PokéPlushies update.

I won a rare promotional pet a few days ago. There are just under 200 in existence. 😀

And they released a new type of Dinomon a few weeks ago. The terasaurs became ‘extinct in the wild’ because these new ones ate them or something. You need to use the Click Exchange to level them up when they’re a hatchling, or else they grow up weak and don’t look as awesome. Here’s  my new dinomon and my favourite terasaur:

Every day Silver, a very generous Sky Kua, gives out prizes. he used to only give out bottlecaps (which I’ll explain in a minute), but today he gave out a free adoptable as well! Here are all the types of adoptables they he will be given out (you can only get the pink one today though):

Also, if you collect all 23 red xmas bottlecaps (Silver gives one out every day) you’ll be able to buy your own little Silver Kua. (If you haven’t been collecting from the start, you probably won’t be able to get one – sorry. 😦 )

Oh, and also, Silver seems to like playing random-ish vidoes too. So be prepared to watch a 3-minute-long Power Rangers music video or something.

And finally, PokéPlushies made a new currency system. You can use bottlecaps to buy special adoptables in the Bottlecap Store.

Red bottlecaps are awarded every time you level an adoptable in the Click Exchange. They can be used to buy certain adoptables in the Bottlecap Store.

Yellow bottlecaps are randomly awarded when you level an adoptable in the Click Exchange. They can be used to search for a PoKirby in the Click Forest, or to buy certain adoptables in the Bottlecap Store.

Green bottlecaps are awarded when you sell a dinomon to the Dinomon Handlers. The better/rarer the dinomon, the more bottlecaps you get. These are used to buy most of the pets in the Bottlecap Store. These bottlecaps were originally known as Dinomon Points (DP).

Blue bottlecaps haven’t been released yet, but I thought I’d post them here anyway. 😛

These limited edition red bottlecaps are given out by Silver every day. They can be used to purchase your own Silver the Kua in the Bottlecap Store.

Silver sometimes gives out these rare green bottlecaps. Their use is not yet known.

More new eggs?

Yet another new egg has been added to Dragon Cave! This time, it’s a weather dragon. I remember seeing these on a thread on the forums, but all the weather dragons have been removed from it now, so I can’t confirm what type it is, but it’s probably the Summer one (even though summer is over now).  Here are some pictures:

The markings on this egg match the weather outside.

Aww…It’s a cute baby dragon. It perfectly depicts summer weather.
And look! It’s grown its wings! It must be close to maturing.

Seasonal dragons take on the characteristics of the season they are born in. Thus, eggs that are laid in spring match the pink flowers and green buds of Spring, and those that are laid in the summer grow to depict the bright green of the forest trees and the yellow of the sun. Eggs laid in Autumn display the bright colors of leaves falling from trees, and those that are laid during Winter take on the appearance of the icy snow.

He wrote it in a code that he uses to name his dragons. Here’s what it says translated:

Strange new eggs

A new breed of eggs has surfaced in the cave. The source of these eggs is unknown, but perhaps it has something to do with the upcoming change of season?

Only time will tell, it seems.

They’re probably gonna be limited edition, like Christmas Dragons. But don’t worry, they’ll be around all Autumn! So hopefully you’ll manage to grab one.
