Has anyone ever played a game called Sly 3? Or Sly 2? Or Sly Raccoon? I have. They are great PS2 games. I’ve completed them all, so now I look for bugs, glitches, etc. From now on I will be posting about Sly secrets, Sly stories, Sly Cheats & pretty much everything about Sly. I have also added a new Category called ‘Sly Cooper‘.
Never heard of Sly Cooper? Watch this video. It will intruduce you to the characters.
Pretty cool, see? That’s why I’m addicted.

Yes, Sly Racoon It came with my PS2.
Funny Story: My sisters friend came over and wanted to play on my PS2, I said fine, do you need help getting it on? no my brother has one, says the kid. A little bit later I come up to check on them and he’s like OK I need help. I come look and he’s in my memory card and it shows Sly Copper Spinning in circles and dissappearing. (he deleted it) I was so mad! I had one level to the end!
legoless: lol. which sly? is it the one where you can only play as sly? or the one where you can play as sly, bently & murray? or is it the newsest one where you can play as the guru, dimitri, the panda king etc.?

legoless: What a coincidence. I was stuck on the 2nd last level for 2 years on that game! 😛 I got stuck on when you had to race monkeys.

I got stuck on Sly 2 at the first boss i got so POed i sold it. Literaly I tried 50 times
legoless: Hide behind something when he is firing zaps at u. When he fires the 3rd zap it will short circut. Go up to him & hit him 4 times. He will then try to hit you with his tail. Continue this rutine untill he is defeated.

(At least one of my friends have other systems like the wii, 360, or PS3 so i just go over0
(i have 2 PS3 games even though i dont own it)

I just love sly and I’ve got all the games and completed them all! It might sound weird but the first sly I got was number 2 because on Ratchet and clank 3 theres a cheat to play the demo and I liked it so i bought it! I am now really hoping for a sly 4 are you legoless???

COOL! i got that game in my ps2 🙂 i completed sly 3, its realy cool!
they meet SO MANY friends, the worst is penelope! :p
the last few levels are easy! my 3D GLASSES DIDNT WORK FOR HALF OF THE GAME!

I like sly , too. I’m stuck at the part with the piarates where you gotta chase those guys and i’m on the last one but can’t beat him on sly3. On sly2 i already beat it but someone stole it. I was crying when i saw that they took it. I haven’t played it in a while though.

I don’t remember the name of the mission but if this helps i’m on the one with the piarates I think it was called dead men tell no tales and im on when you have to get those three treasures from those guys. It’s like you have to drop an anchor on someone, then something else, and then finally you chase the third guy and he jumps really high on a high building.
legoless: Oh, that one. First, you need to get onto the roof of the building beside the tall building. Then you can jump onto a piece of the roof of the tall building with blue auras on it. Make sure you don’t slip off when you get to the flat bit!

i dont know who to believe mosr fans are saying NO more sly but some are saying yes and who agrees with me here SLY SHOULD BE A PLATINUM GAME maby thats y people arent makin another

legoless: It sucks the Vault got mushed… But I’m glad Sly didn’t actually forget who he is (yeah, I watched the credits 😎 ).

Oh and I think Doctor M should be eaten by the freaky monster Carmalita fought! HE DESTROYED THE VAULT! Royce and Legoless are SOOOOOOOOO right! I think in Sly 2 you should have been able to replay missions and that Bentley is WAYYYYYYYYYYY faster in his wheelchair, In Sly Raccoon nothing was wrong except there should have been more moves and in Sly 3 you should have been able to play as the other four members ANYTIME and that you can’t REALLY play as Penelope.

It’s ok I don’t want to repost that comment. (I don’t even remember it!) If they make Sly 4 for PSP I’ll eat my hat! (Don’t worry I will put some pepper on so it tastes better) Sly 4 on the PSP would be terrible! (No offence!) I wonder what the game will be about.
legoless: It’s about Bently building a time machine. That’s all I know. Sadly the stupid Sony people will probably make it only for the PS3. 😥

I have clicked it about 20 times now and at the end i finally noticed sly left his cane in a gap so there is still an entrance to the vault thats how Bentle and Penelope(Wooohoo!) got all the money from p.s has anyone got all the x-tre movies and dimitris disco song i think it ROX!! 🙂
Now ive clockled sly 3 19 times sly 2 22 times and sly racoon 14 times. just recentley i finished an old sly 3 save and at the end cut-scene i saw slys cane holding up some rubble revealing a cave of copper family money wondering y i neva saw that b-4 ? Maby thets how Bentley and Penelope (Hubba Hubba!)
gat all that money from oh and hav anyone done all trhe etra jobs and challenges i hav i really liked the Xtra sly movie and the dimitri night-club song i think it ROX!!!

i Wuz just playing a new game on sly 3 and i thought i kinda miss the old “clue in a bottle” thing i mean theres is ALOT of stuff for u to buy for Sly, Bentley and Muarry but it wud b better if you could get some from a large safe like in the first 2
legoless: Yeah, finding bottles was the best in Sly 1. Sly 2 didn’t handle it as well, while in Sly 3 they didn’t even bother.

It took me a long time to find that if you cant find a bottle listen for the faint “tink tink” of one helped me alot WBU?

Yea especially sly 2 on the level wen youve chased Rajan into the forest there wer about 3 i ABSOLUTLEY COULD NOTfind them for ages until i played it a few months later.
Say legoless Whos your favourite Boss to vs mine is that voodoo corcodile (cant quite remember her name) i like the chant when she shoots the triangles,Xs,squares and Os at you its funky

This is the order i played sly 1st i got sly 2 out form channel X and got up to “the contessa” but it was so popular it was scratched beyond repair so i didnt get past the part where bentley steals the tank. then i bought sly racoon and finished it (except for the time attacks) then bought sly 3 and found out Bentley was crippled i was so mad sly 2 didnt work then i found they didnt have a van so stopped and bought sly 2 (now im bankrupt) and finished it then finished sly 3.
legoless: I completed them in this order: Sly 3, Sly 1 (after being stuck for three years) and then Sly 2 (the hardest in my opinion). I still haven’t done all the challenges on Sly 3 or the timed levels on Sly 1, but I completely Sly 2 100%. 😀

legoless: Sure. This is the only place on the site you’ll find anything about Sly though. As good as it is, there simply isn’t enough stuff to write about on it.

Just to point out afew flaws tsao says his blood lines will cross with jing king but chicks come out of eggs and pandas are born straight out so what??? pands in eggs or chickens coming straight out. and another thing tsao’s shield makes a “SHING SHING” sound when the spikes spring out but if you pay attention the sound plays even though theres no spikes coming out

You might already know this peoples: But we all know slys 1 move kill is the silent obliteration and murrays one is smack em up then a kick but i only found this out a few months ago on sly3 bentlays 1 move kill is: sneak upbehind a moving (or just standing) enemy and HOLD triangle you will see the bomb dispencer twist back, next let of triangle and the dispencer will throw the the bomb and will land in the enemys pocket and explode killing them instantley

two LARGE downers about sly 3: 1: you only have the panda king for 2 missions and 2: when you karatae chop those freaky hopping vampires the explode and it hurts you. 😥
legoless: That’s because you’re meant to only use fireworks to kill them. I loved those vampires… they should so have a secret Halloween mission with those in it.

yea and those Piggies frm “a cold alliance” that conger and throw evil dragons at you they could be zombie pigs that congers ghosts. and um??? dunno what else,
the flashlight guards would carry jack’o’lanterns as lights and the flashlight guards could be giant furry monsters and shoot spider webs as weapons

what about the concept? maby there is a evil “dark master” whos plaguing everything with evil monsters and he has murrays parents captive because not all orphans’s parents die some just ditch them at an orpahnage 😀
legoless: But he’s still an orphan. He probably doesn’t even know his parents. that’s probably why the designers did that – so they wouldn’t have to make up more characters and complicated relationships. Maybe they’re just trying to steal another golden chocolate bar.

I hope that Monaco level in “Evoultion of Sly” comes out in Sly 4. It looked fun, and that Bentley mission with the boats would be fun.

I am proud to say that I have been a fan of Sly Cooper since 2001! I am also proud to mention that I have every Sly Cooper game made yet. 🙂
